EXPERT STANDARDS

How we find our experts

We want you to work with someone you can trust. That's why we're thoughtful about who joins our network. Here's exactly how we do it.

Our process

How we vet our experts

1

Initial review

We start by digging into who they are and what they bring to the table.

  • Check their professional background and credentials.
  • Look at testimonials, case studies, and evidence of their work.
  • We're looking for people with a solid track record in novated leasing or financial advisory.

2

Direct conversation

We chat with them about how they actually work with clients and what they believe in.

  • Talk through how they help clients make decisions and find the right fit, not just make a sale.
  • Listen for honesty about what they do and don't know, no one knows everything about EVs and that's fine.
  • Ask them how they'd handle client communication and what happens if things get complicated.

Ongoing customer feedback

Quality doesn't stop once they're in our network. We keep listening to make sure they're doing right by you.

  • You can share anonymous feedback about your experience with an expert anytime.
  • Feedback can be praise, concerns, or anything in between. We take it all seriously.
  • We use feedback to have conversations with experts if standards slip.
Ongoing customer feedback and accountability

Why this matters

  • Novated leasing is a big financial decision. You deserve someone honest, transparent, and genuinely interested in what's right for you.
  • Our network is intentionally small. We'd rather have fewer experts we trust deeply than a big list we can't stand behind.
  • Anonymous feedback is always welcome and can be shared anytime via our contact page.
  • That feedback loop keeps everyone accountable and helps us maintain a network you can trust.
